 Methods of Payment: Handmade Prints

Within the UK: UK Bank cheques, postal or money orders, bank draft and electronic bank transfer are accepted. 

Cheques etc. to be made payable to Tom Costello.

Outside the UK: Cheques drawn on a British bank or international money transfers payable in £UK are accepted.

Cheques etc. in currencies other than £UK please add £5 / $7.75 / €6.85 to help cover bank currency conversion charges.

Sale or Return: we do not offer a sale or return facility.


                                              No information will be released by us to any third party (except our bank and carriers) unless required by law.

Dispatch

The dispatch of goods will normally take place within 3 working days of cheques clearing or money-transfer confirmation. Should any print be unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will advise you of the likely date for delivery and offer you the option to cancel your order. Cheques will not be banked until 7 days before the agreed dispatch date. Your money will be returned in full should you decide not to accept that dispatch date. All your personal details (including postal and email addresses) will be treated as confidential and not revealed by us to any third party (beyond our bankers and carriers) without your consent.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the prints you receive, you may return them in perfect condition within 14 days. We will send you a refund of your payment less postage & packing costs and any international bank charges. Alternatively you may request exchange for another handmade image on payment of £5 to cover restocking and postage. Prints damaged in transit should be returned as received with their original packing to enable us to pursue a claim from our carriers.
